Our 5-Step QC Process
Quality is controlled at the factory, not fixed at the port. Every step is documented and available to buyers on request.
Factory Audit
Before onboarding any supplier, our team visits the facility to assess production capacity, equipment standards, hygiene compliance, and certification status. Only factories that pass our 48-point audit checklist are approved.
Sample Approval
For every new product or specification, we run a 3-stage sampling process: initial prototype, pre-production sample, and production-matched sample. All three are verified against buyer specs before bulk production begins.
Mid-Production Check
Our QC team visits the factory during bulk production to check dimensions, material quality, print accuracy, and packaging. Issues are flagged there and then, not after the container is loaded.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before loading, we conduct a 100% quantity count and AQL 2.5 quality inspection on every container. We verify food-contact compliance, measure batch-vs-spec deviation, and photograph the final cargo.
Documentation Review
Our ops team reviews every export document before release: BL draft, COO, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, packing list and commercial invoice. That is how we avoid customs rejections.
