Frequently Asked Questions
What is the typical lead time from order to shipment?
From confirmed purchase order to shipment is typically 15–25 business days, covering production, quality inspection, documentation, and port booking. In-stock items can ship in 7–10 business days.
What export documents do you provide?
We provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate (where applicable), lab test reports, and any buyer-specific compliance or retailer documents on request.
What is the minimum order value for export shipments?
Our standard minimum shipment value is USD 5,000 for first orders. Repeat buyers benefit from lower minimums and priority booking based on prior trading history.
Do you handle customs clearance at the destination?
We typically export on FOB or CIF Incoterms. For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments to UK and EU buyers, we coordinate destination customs clearance through our freight partners at an agreed landed cost.
